Self-paced programmes (GPU Fundamentals Reading Track): Materials are made available upon confirmation of payment. There is no fixed deadline for completion. Access remains available for 12 months from the date of enrolment.
Hands-On Lab Companion: The workbook and datasets are provided for individual study. Discussion prompts are intended for use within a study group context and do not constitute live facilitation unless separately agreed.

We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, except where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter where limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
